Guest Policy:
Parties are limited to 20 guest participants, each additional guest fee is $25 up to 25 guests.

Alabama Nature Center staff reserve the right to end any of the scheduled activity programs at any time pending severe weather or if the safety of our Nature Center staff, facility, or educational animals are compromised. Nature Center staff also reserve the right to end any activity programs in which guest’s behavior prevents staff from facilitating agreed upon party activities.

• You may arrive 30 minutes prior to your party time to decorate.
• The party room must be cleaned up completely 30 minutes after your scheduled party time ends.

Party availability:

• Monday – Friday: Earliest start time is 2pm
• Saturday: Earliest start time is 9am, latest start time is 2pm.

**A minimum of $50 will be charged in the event of damage to a room or its contents or if an excessive amount of trash is left behind. Nature Center staff will notify party scheduler if an invoice is created.

Cancellation Policy

• Non-refundable $50 booking fee is due at the time of scheduling. Booking fee will go toward the total fee. Remainder of payment is due at time of the party.
• Party can be rescheduled without penalty if it is rescheduled no later than 14 days prior to the party.
• You MUST speak to a Nature Center employee to cancel a reservation. We cannot guarantee your cancellation if you only leave a voicemail or send an email.
• In the case of inclement weather, we will work with you to select a weather appropriate program. The Nature Center will alert you if we feel the weather is too severe to continue the party.

Restrictions

• No Silly String/ Confetti
• No pets/ live animal party favors
• No sirens, air horns, or other loud noise makers
