Come experience unforgettable educational adventures at the Alabama Nature Center, a hands-on outdoor education facility encompassing 420 acres of beautiful forests, fields, streams, wetlands, and ponds that are traversed by five miles of trails and boardwalks, as well as our 23,000 sq. ft. NaturePlex.
Join us twice a month for nature-infused programs in a small group setting designed exclusively to complement your homeschool curriculum. Topics will include outdoor skills, wildlife studies, pond/creek exploration, animal encounters, and much more!
IMPORTANT NOTE: Classes meet on Wednesdays OR Thursdays and we offer a morning session 10:00am-12:00pm as well as an afternoon session 1:30pm-3:30pm. For Nature Discoverers (ages 3.5-5), an adult chaperone is required to be present with each student at all times. For Nature Explorers, students of the same age will be grouped together. We encourage you to come have lunch to socialize with friends before or after your session so that when class starts we can maximize our educational time.

– Nature Explorers (ages 6-11)
– Nature Scholars (ages 12&up) **NOT AVAILABLE ON THURSDAY AFTERNOON SESSION**
$80.00 per student for 8 classes
$5.00 discount for each additional sibling
