Conservation Education Activities Search Engine
The Alabama Wildlife Federation's Conservation Education Search Engine helps identify conservation education activities that are correlated to Alabama's Department of Education's Course of Study Objectives for Science.
Activities from the Activity Guides listed below are currently found in this Search Engine. Click on the AWF Outdoor Classroom Themed Activities or the Activity Guide name for more information about these activities. If you do not already have Project WILD, Aquatic WILD, or WET Activity Guides, contact us so that we can provide a workshop for you and your teachers to receive them.
To find Activities that meet your teaching needs, first click on the grade level (k -12) from the drop down menu below. Then when the Course of Study Objectives appear, please select the objective that you are trying to teach.
Note: You can only choose one (1) objective each time you conduct a search for activities.
Lastly, hit the Submit button to search for a list of activities.
