By signing below, I give my permission for my child to participate in the Alabama Nature Center's Expedition Lanark Outdoor Day Camps. I have read the policies and procedures set forth by the Alabama Nature Center and agree to abide by such policies. In the event that an accident does occur, I will not hold the Alabama Nature Center, its employees, volunteers, or Board of Directors responsible for any injuries. If emergency treatment or advice is deemed necessary by the Alabama Nature Center staff, I understand the above listed parent or guardian will be notified. If that individual cannot be reached, I authorize the Alabama Nature Center to arrange whatever emergency treatment is considered necessary.
